No point joining this company.. all they do is change a tyre or order a tow truck for you which you will most likely have to pay for. Membership numbers dont work for company affiliated discounts either. Pure rip off!

Still waiting for my cheque.nCustomer service most are foteigners who dont escalate an issue and dont know the process.nSome customer service very helpful but they are far between.nNRMA can take money from your account in seconds.....but when it comes to paying they send cheques which take over 2 weeks too arrive and then you have to wait 5 days for the bank to clear.nRequested a reason why...... NO answer.
