I don’t usually post reviews but I am so grateful for the pharmacist that took care of me the other day, because without her who knows when I would’ve recovered. The pharmacist Ivy is incredibly attentive and kind, and is always sure to check for all possible interactions with my prescribed medicines. On top of that, I tend to have sensitivity to some generic medicines and she goes above and beyond to order medicines that I tolerate best. Even during her busiest times she will always help me understand my questions and I’ve noticed that she is equally generous with her time and efforts to every other customer too. 5 stars for the best pharmacist in NSW.

Had an extremely pleasant experience with the chemist Ivy today. Very thorough in helping me with affordable options of therapeutic medications and was prompt in delivering my prescription. Will come again!

I cannot thank Malcolm enough, what exceptional customer service and compassion he showed me Tuesday night. I came in for some dettol to clean wound, he took the time to clean and redress my left knee wound plus provided some ice packs for my right knee after I pretty significant fall earlier that day. The staff are affable, courteous and most professional. It would be extremely difficult to get better. Malcom, the pharmacist, scores then out of ten. The advice and attention that he provides are second to none.
