I have had to deal with this company (online, phone and in person) a number of times regarding my holiday. I can say that I have had various emotions when dealing with Flight Centre. There are certainly some aspects I really don’t like, and I’m not going to go into detail about those, but I will say this, I have very much appreciated the professionalism and speediness that came with working with actual people. Needless to say, after 3 changes, all Covid related, it has cost me more and more each time. Not complaining about that, but there are certainly some issues that come with changes, but if I’d dealt with the airline directly and not gone through Flight Centre, things would have been very different. Thank you to the lovely people that helped resolve my issues. Much appreciated.

I book the flight from Hamilton Island to Sydney, they gave us excellent quick service n high efficient. The team is very professional on what they are doing, perfect service all round
