I stayed here for a week over the Christmas new year period and it was amazing. Chris looked after us leading up to our stay and Emily was wonderful on check in. The room was spacious and we had a great ocean view. We will definitely be back

Would highly recommend Emily and the team at Gold Coast Holiday Services, made sure everything was perfect for my stay and through out the trip. Very impressed with them. Can not fault them at all. Extremely professional and reliable.

This company is super unprofessional.nnFirstly, It will cancel the booking at their will when the covid eased up and if you still want to book with them, they will ask you for higher price.nnSecondly, it lacks of flexibility and irresponsible for the society. Given the COVID cases increase in Brisbane, they are not allow the customers to even change date, letting alone partial refund or giving back some credit notes unless there is official announcement regarding border closure.

I dealt with Emily for our stay on the Gold Coast and I could not fault her! Amazing service from her, she made everything easy and hassle free. Definitely would book through these guys again!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. The apartment was over-priced to begin with and what we found inside was next-level appalling... and this was meant to be their 'best' Chevron apartment. It had amazing beach views but the room smelt of mould due to leaks from the fridge and air-conditioning unit. The kitchen bin smelt like it hadn't been cleaned since 2010 and worst of all, we found a headless sardine in the bedroom cupboard. Moreover, most of the kitchen pots, pans and utensils had to be washed before use. It is clear the hygiene and maintenance of this apartment is not up to scratch (made even worse by the current climate with COVID). After raising these concerns with the General Manager (Chris), he generously (eye roll) offered me a 5% discount to satisfy our extreme disappointment. He then chose to renege on that offer after I mentioned it will hurt their review. If you like a clean and hygienic apartment, please look elsewhere.
