This agency is actually Gold Coast Property Expo, I am not sure how the NUVAQ side of the business operates, you will find truer reviews on their other Google My Business listing. RENTERS BEWARE this agency is inexperienced and terrible to deal with, their staff are incredibly rude and dismissive, your rental experience will be nothing short of a nightmare.

This is one of the most responsive and helpful real estate agencies I ever had on the Gold Coast. I think they provide a unique and reliable service to their tenants and landlords to make both parties satisfied. I had the pleasure of working with Jens, who was extremely professional and supportive in meeting our requests at all times. He was not only knowledgeable but incredibly fast in responding to all our maintenance requests and other queries. His professional approach in dealing with our matters made a very positive image of the real estate agency. I would recommend this company to anyone without hesitation.
