Did the Hot Air Balloon tour with operator in gold coast three years back. The entire journey from pick-up to drop was smoothly arranged and right on time too. The guides/drivers/hot-air balloon pilots were very professional and courteous. The balloon journey itself was one amazing experience. The tour operator keeps safety as their utmost priority and weather conditions are monitored continuously before start of the tour, so no worries on that score. The champagne breakfast after the completion of the balloon ride was the cherry in the cake. The tour also options of drop-off at the hotel or other attractions like whale watch etc. They have guides in various languages like Chinese/Japanese etc. Must do if you are in Gold Coast

This was an amazing experience and highly recommend to do. It is so relaxing and views amazing you wouldn't even know you were floating in a Air Balloon. From the time we meet up with our driver Kelly who kept us all informed throughout the trip and to our pilots and everyone else involved to make this happen. To top this all off breakfast at O'Reillys Vineyard just finished the trip off making this a trip we wont forget.

Richard was our driver from our hotel we were staying at and he made the trip out to the departure location enjoyable and was such a pleasure to meet. Stewart was our Pilot and he was so knowledgeable about the area and what he was doing. He also explained everything as the flight went on so we knew what was happening with wind changes and such. Overall the experience was definitely worth the money and would love to do it again!

Hi5 to Hot Air balloon Gold Coast. We had the most spectacular experience on 20 March 2021 ticking off a hot air balloon ride from our bucket lists.nYou guys helped to make the morning such a fun memorable experience. From the funny bus driver to our man Frank who flew the balloon we can't thank you enough for making it such a great time. Would highly recommend this as an experience, and cant wait to have another go!

Such a fantastic experience. Made all the more special by the great people running the show. Richard, our driver was on time, was super helpful and kept us entertained the whole way. Jay our pilot was informative, good humored and obviously passionate about what he does. Kevin was amazing, keeping the whole process running behind the scenes. It’s tough to run this kind of experience through a pandemic but Hot Air managed it well. The breakfast at O’Reilys winery was a lovely way to end the morning. Thank you Hot Air!
