Hello everyone! I just wanna say HUGE THANK YOU GUYS for all your assistance and support and knowledge.nI applied to a partner visa onshore. I am also a mum if an Australian little boy. And in the middle of my visa I faced a separation from my partner too.nIt was A very very hard time and Very stressful but Fiona and Margie were always there for me, even when I send a lot of emails with questions and questions about probably the same thing over and over.nThe process was very fast but the circumstances were different and difficult having an Australian baby.nI am very happy with all the service!nHope you can keep helping people to make this process easier and faster than what it is.

DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCEnnWe dealt with Fiona. At the start, she was very nice and personable lady and seemed to be extra active which give us lots of confidence. As we were going to apply for an offshore partner visa, so we needed a trustworthy agent. Our application was very complex and needed a lot of attention to details. Fiona seemed experienced and always told us she had a 99 percent success rate and over 10 years of experience. Hence, We chose to go ahead with Carre Migration.nnDespite having our visa granted eventually, it was a nightmare dealing with Fiona till the application was finalized. When we hired Fiona , my husband explained to her several times that we will be leaving Australia on a specific date and that we would need the partner visa application to be lodged as soon as we depart. She promised she will do that but unfortunately it took her 5 extra days after chasing her with daily emails to finally lodge the 309 application. I was surprised that she did not lodge a front loaded application as promised and through my communications with her Philippines based assistant I got to know that neither her legal submission nor the sponsorship application were submitted on time and they only submitted them after I had to pus them to do that!!!nnFiona gave us no support at all. Once she lodges your application, you are alone on your own. She will respond to your emails after a week and sometimes she won't bother to respond at all. I received a request from the DHA in mid September 2020 and they asked us to provide a single status certificate, so I emailed Fiona to ask what exactly the single status certificate is but she never responded to my email and I had to hire another agent for a $150 consultation to get some answers for my questions just because Fiona is too lazy to answer or perhaps she does not even know what DHA wanted ( not surprised)….nnMy husband had to contact the embassy himself and deal with the case officer directly from August 2020 till our grant came in mid October 2020.nnIn several occasions we asked Fiona to contact the processing office to follow up on our application but she always responded saying '' I emailed them but never received a response, I will continue to chase them up''. We were sick of her generic responses and laziness so eventually my husband decided to breach his agreement with Fiona and email the case officer directly and we were surprised when the case officer replied on the same day to our email saying I will review your file within 14 days and I will be sending you an RFI to finalize this application. In my opinion, Fiona is not good enough to handle permanent residency application where there is a lot of stress and anxiety involved. She might be OK for temporary student visas and visitor visas but I certainly would not recommend her for major residency applications.nnDespite having our visa granted, I still regret hiring Fiona and I have I get the chance again I would never hire her again.nnWe were requested to conduct a DNA testing in January 2020 and she never advised us on what to do nor replied to our email on the 5th of January to advise us of the right course of action. After 8 months of waiting for the DNA testing to be conducted, My husband decided to make a thorough submission on his own to the case officer to convince him to waive the DNA testing which was successfully achieved and we received an email from DHA confirming that the DNA testing is no longer required.nnPlease do yourself a favor and hire a very good agent who can talk to you on the phone at least and draft a course of action for you. please verify the online reviews carefully and ensure the reviews are genuine, shop around and try to get recommendations from others. I would suggest hiring a lawyer not an agent even if that costs more but I guess its worth it. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM CARRE MIGATION simply because they will promise you the world and leave you alone once their invoice is paid.

Fiona started with my visa process after we received a rejection letter from Immigration. She had little to no time to appeal and then withdraw the application as we only contacted her on the last week before the end date.She managed to get an extension with the immigration. We applied for a new visa (187) and after only 2 months we received our approval. Thanks to her we now have our PR!nAmazing work!

Great company they pushed me hard to make sure that we had all the paperwork that the government would require so that our application would go through without a major hold up and Fiona was always available to answer any questions
