Had a fun time jet-skiing for the first time with my mates. We had two instructors (sorry I can't recall their names). The one who took us through the briefing and lead the tour was super nice. But the second instructor (he looked much younger) had poor attitude which unfortunately left a sour taste in my mouth.nGranted, with most of our group being first-time jet skiers, it was a little tricky manoeuvring the jet ski at times (especially during docking at the end). But we weren't terrible by any means. Instead of being encouraging, enthusiastic and helpful, the instructor was very impatient with some of us and came across rude in his tone and mannerisms (maybe he was having an off day?). Either way it was quite unprofessional and unwarranted. Would've appreciated if he was more understanding and just chill!nBut otherwise, everyone else was lovely and we didn't let this ruin our overall experience :)

Absolutely amazing experience! Instructors went above and beyond to make sure you had a safe and fun time. Clear and easy instructions to follow and overall a great time, would definitely recommend anyone to go and try! I will definitely be going again!

Such a fun experience. We went on a day with constant rain and they still took us out for our JetSki tour. The staff were great and considering the conditions were so enthusiastic and really made the experience. Would defiantly recommend and will go again!:)

These guys are awesome!nI booked a Jetski ride for my 81 y.o Mum. It was something she had always wanted to do but thought she was too old.nBooking was a breeze and I felt they wanted to make the experience as wonderful/memorable for Mum as I did.nThe equipment was modern and well cared for - the vest the staff member wore had handles that Mum could hang onto if she felt the need.nJordan , the staff member, took Mum for her spin down the river, taking time to give her a great , fun and informative commentary on route. A top ride experience and a wonderful memory/experience to talk about for a long time yet!nThe smile on Mums face was one I won't forget!nDon't waste time thinking about it - just do it! They will tailor a package to suit your needs.

My family and I were booked in Thursday 15th April 3pm for jet skiing. From the phone call to finally meeting Micky, she was amazing, I had so many questions as it was our first time and she was great, very helpful and friendly and ALWAYS had a smile on her face. She made our experience with water sports very easy and comfortable. And Stu was awesome!! Also very friendly and reassured the ‘not so confident’ ones in our crew that it was going to be fun. Stu was right, WE LOVED IT! We will definitely be back. Thank you Micky and Stu! You definitely deserve a 5 star review.
