It was my best rental apartment I've ever came across for quite awhile. Clean, neat, cozy and with great Broad beach view. Very friendly welcoming staff. The apartment has al of what you need, utensils, machines, Tele, etc. There is an A.C. in the living room as well. There are little issues with the reception working hours, you might not see them on Sundays, most of Saturdays, so if you plan check out in these two days, be prepared to inform and to leave the keys in the key box. Another thing, it is a bit far from surfers paradise (where major Gold coast attraction takes place), you need 10 minutes walk to the nearest tram station for example. Overall, loved it. It deserves every dollar.
