We recently booked a Bali Hoilday through Get Luxe. The package we got and paid for including a $100 per person upgrade to a pool room, when we arrived - the room was very small so we ended up paying another $100 each to get a bigger soon. We were staying for 9 nights as apart of our package.nWe felt the add was very misleading. We ended up paying an extra $400 for the week in accommodation including the 2 upgrades. My partner made the comment 'what kind of room would we have, if we didn't keep paying for upgrades'?nWe have learnt from this experience to always book directly with accommodation, save yourself a bit of money and hassel. We also got a quote for travel insurance via Get Luxe - they wanted to charge us $260 - we ended up paying $100 less doing it ourselves. The lesson here is to do it yourself, save yourself the money. Would we book through Get Luxe again? Probably not.

Unimpressed with your slowness to refund a cancelled Tiger airfare. The airline refunded the fare to you on 9th November 2017 and it took GetLuxe more that 5 weeks to pass on the refund despite followup phone calls to you on the 15th & 23rdNov, and the 4th & 8th Dec. Would give 0 stars if able to and could not recommend you to our large circle of friends who travel extensively.
