I had to cancel my cruise due to Covid-19 and losing my job. My Cruise have charge me close to $1000 in fees and I have been waiting a long time for my refund to be returned and still waiting. I have called and they try to sell me another cruise for a year or 2 away and keep my money other then that have been no help. I recommend booking directly.

We had to cancel our October trip due to covid and we were travelling with family for a birthday. We are told that we voluntarily cancelled so we have to pay the $300 per person cancellation fee. We have been waiting 14 weeks but apparently still no sign of refunds yet. I understand it’s not our consultant Reeshah’s fault but there has been no communication even before all of this drama, it feels like you are just another number, they take your money then want nothing to do with you. Will NEVER recommend anyone I know book with this company and am still disgusted we are hit with a cancellation fee when it’s not our fault we cannot travel overseas with current conditions. Also, staff when we have called have been extremely rude except one girl.

Booked a cruise for November this year but due to Covid needed to cancel.. Do not accept their cancellion fees. Rude to us once we need to cancel.wanted us to pay in full so as we could get refund. I understand that with Covid that we are all getting frustrated and the sales team are doing their job and we are all in this together but the customer needs be kept in the loop with the refunds. Amanda was great and helped as much as possible but out of her hand a. Hoping when all this is over tgat we all get back to normal and our frustrations are hot helping us . Absolutely appalling customer service! 12 weeks to obtain a refund on a cruise holiday we will not be able to go on because of COVID-19. Numerous phone calls, unreturned emails and arrogant, unprofessional staff who do not value their customers at all. They have kept $1,000 cancellation fee despite the Australian government issuing an international travel ban. Which is extremely unlikely to be lifted prior to our early October 2020 cruise.nnDo not book with this company absolutely zero customer service, and rude disinterested staff. Multiple customers saying the same thing, with numerous 1 star reviews.

Consultant does not return emails or phone calls. Leaves you hanging with uncertainty for weeks. No one else in agency passes on messages. Bought a package and the flights are on the wrong date. Told that they'll honour the mistake after deposit was made. Message was that the customer is responsible? Rude. No reassurance. Will probably update this review before travelling.nnI think these Google reviews work as we got all from Lisa fixing up all the issues and reassuring us. Go Google Reviews! Will update when flying out.
