WHOEVER POSTS POSTIVE THINGS ABOUT THIS COMPANY MUST EITHER WORK THERE OR ARE RELATIVES. THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND HAD I HAD DONE SOME DUE DELIGENCE, I WOULD NEVER HAVE HAD ANYTHING TO DO WITH THIM. I AM SURE THIS WILL BE DELETED SOMEHOW AS MY FACEBOOK POST WAS. I ONLY GAVE THE STAR SO I COULD SELECT ALL THE NEGATIVE QUALITIES.nIN RESPONSE TO YOUR ANSWER BELOW, YOUR SERVICE TEAM DID NOT RESOLVE ANYTHING. RUN RUN RUN AWAY this company CONFIRMS YOUR BOOKING with accommodation and our tour to see the crocodiles. So we then book our flights. The next day we get a call to say we can NOT DO THE CROCODILE TOUR, we can offer you a refund ONLY. The trip was all about seeing the crocodiles. WE ARE NOW OUT OF POCKET $450 as we had to change our flights and book an extra nights accommodation so we can see the crocodiles on another day outside of our tour dates. RUN RUN RUN AWAY DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.nWhen they stuff up they are rude and defensive.nTHEIR RESPONSE BELOW IS TRUE,nBUT WE ARE $450 OUT OF POCKET DUE TO THEIR MISTAKE AND THEY DO NOT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY.nnRUN RUN RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

We are going to Port Douglas for 8 nights and wanted to purchase a package through My Queensland Holiday/My Holiday which is run by this group. Got the initial quote on the 28th December, corresponded with Amy a couple of times on the same day to clarify some things, and apart from an email on the 30th saying she has gone ahead and requested the room we wanted, we have received nothing! No response to my emails asking for the revised quote, no communication whatsoever! In the end I just booked directly with the resort to save myself time. So save your time and money and go elsewhere for your travel arrangements.

Do not book a holiday with these people as they in our case they take incompetence to a whole new level. Told on 30/09 we would get a cruise refund in 12-16 weeks, now 28 weeks + and nadda....and we're expected to pay an admin fee for the privalege.nWe won't be using them again (neither will anyone we know) and if I was looking at booking anything I'd seriously think twice about using this outfit.
