Very very unfair organisation.nnI was planning on leaving Victoria for a holiday, although due to the COVID outbreak, other states had put up boarder restrictions meaning only people with valid essential reasons could legally travel.nnMeaning my trip had to be canceled. Prior to these boarder restrictions I had made a booking through Airbnb for a place hosted by ‘My comfy’.nn5 days before my booking, it was announced that Vitoria would be going back into lockdown and boarder restrictions up.nnI had canceled my booking then expecting a full refund due to the government restrictions in place and me being legally restricted to travel.nn‘MyComfy’ denied my claim and used the Airbnb policy to justify it.nnI had called Airbnb just to get a better understanding and they explained it to me and told me, the decision is completely up to the host (‘Mycomfy’)nnMeaning regardless of the policy in place ‘MyComfy’ still had the opportunity to refund due to the nature of situation, which was government restrictions.nnThey had the opportunity to the do the right thing and refund me for the circumstances that were completely out of my control, but instead chose to take my money and blame it on the airbnb policy.nnThis just goes to show how unethical, unfair and ‘money hungry’ this organisation is.nnI am very disappointed with this organisation and would not recommend for anyone to use them.

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful apartment. The apartment is very comfortable and well equipped and the views are amazing.

Had an amazing time here. The team were very professional and the place was imaculate.nI will be ataying here again and can strongly recommendation this place for a weekend getaway. Very good location and easy access for our stay.
