I have had previous service from agents who have been condescending, patronising , disrespectful and rude, but that is definitely not the experience I have had with Eddie! Eddie has been incredibly respectful and diligent. He is an excellent communicator, responds in a timely manner and has taken the time to explain things to me so proper informed decisions can be made. From my experience, it is clear he is very passionate and always willing to go the extra mile. I would highly recommend him!
Hardworking, honest and straight to the point. These 3 traits are both what I want in and agent, and how I would describe Eddy. One of the few agents around that tell it like it is and I would hesitate to recommend! 10/10
