As a health provider dealing with insurance injury claims it has been a disappointing and frustrating experience working with this company. It took 6 months before I received payment as a therapist. I had to chase them up numerous times to receive payment. I have dealt with them twice and now refuse to take on their clients unless I am paid in advance. Ask your friends who they recommend before you commit to an insurer:-)

WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD - For a German owned company i never thought it would or could ever be so poorly managed. Take your money anywhere else and be happy with your decision. If you enjoy being treated like trash and hung up on after being told to shut up this is the company for you!

Excellent service. I had a no fault claim and they made the process so easy. Would highly recommend Allianz for car insurance.

This company, each time I have spoken to an officer in their employ has told me one thing and nothing has happened. I have cancelled approximately 7 months NSW registration and CTP. Rego from the NSW RTA was refunded almost immediately, however, I am just getting the run around for trying to get a 6 month policy refund, approximately $281.00. Its been over 7 weeks trying to get a partial refund. I would strongly recommend not using this insurance company for CTP. The irony is that the vehicle is already now registered and covered/insured in QLD, CTP and Comprehensive with them. Once bitten twice shy. They can go to hell, I won't be using them ever.
