Had a negative experience with CorpSure. Had an existing building insurance policy with CorpSure (referred to by real estate agent) that needed some changes. Was sent off to Kristy but she did not reply at all (multiple emails, phone calls etc). Ben was away during that time and I urgently needed to get it done. Receptionist were unable to help me either.nnUpon return, Ben gave me a renewal quote underwritten by Hollard Insurance, even though I have requested on multiple occasions not to use them as they do not have a good reputation for paying out claims. The pricing were also about 15% higher for the equivalent cover.nnDecided to take my business elsewhere. They have larger clients to prioritise and smaller clients are not valued.

The team at CorpSure made sure I received the best cover for the best price. They were efficient, professional and have an exceptionally high level of industry specific knowledge. I would absolutely recommend them for any of your commercial insurance needs.
