I am in regular contact with staff from BCB on a daily basis through work. My calls and emails are always answered promptly, the staff are knowledgeable on the policies they offer (for both residential and commercial) and the claims team really do work hard to get a great result for the client (within policy guidelines). The accounts staff always try to obtain comparative quotes for our clients to consider and work with our properties to get the best fit policy. Scam, this company will not support you at all if you choose them as your insurance broker. They are 100% on the insurance companies side and will do everything in there power to make your life hard if you ever have to make a claim. We will 100% be changing when our insurance is up as this company has delivered the most unfair and unhelpful customer service I’ve experienced in years
