I've been dealing with Insure QLD for a number of years now and they always go above and beyond to ensure I get the best cover tailored to my needs. The quality of the work and customer service is excellent and beyond compare. Would recommend most highly.

There team is very professional and are always in contact with us to make sure that our needs have been cover when our circumstances change. To get personalised customer service and professionalism from your Insurance Agent these days is pretty rare. In fact, most of the advertising you are bombarded with, comes from big Insurance Companies with a Call centre operator (that is usually based somewhere far from our shores) to take your calls and answer any queries regarding your very valuable insurances. This is not very comforting, when the person you are talking to doesn't really care and half the time we don't understand each other. There is something to be said about the personal touch! 6 years ago I swapped from dealing directly with a large impersonal insurance company to Insure QLD which is a small tight knit team which is run by the guy who owns the business (Terry) and his wife. I was pleasantly surprised that they can provide all the types of insurances that the big companies do, even though my needs were very specific. I recommend to anyone who is reading this review to do what I did and experience the difference.
