I highly recommend Somerville Funerals Southport. From day one when I phoned and met with Camille who then informed me that our family would be looked after by Vanessa Camilleri. Vanessa was thorough, compassionate, professional, prompt and available all hours of the day including weekends. My family could not speak highly of Vanessa and the staff. Your knowledge and attention to detail was 110%. At such a hard time for our family, Vanessa missed nothing and made everything seem hassle free. Our whole extended family also commended Vanessa and the staff at Somerville for their professionalism. All the little extra's for example water and tissues for our family and guests for the family service and funeral could've easily been missed by us but they provided this service for us. It may be a small gesture, but very much appreciated by all. Because of Vanessa and the team at Somerville, my father's day was awesome and on behalf of my family, Thank you. This company hosted a service for my late sonnalthough a mainly good experience by the celebrant i found Vanessa to be rude and hostile to myself on 2 seperate occasions a week prior to the service over the phone and the day of the service afterwards she did apologise but the hurt was done thumbs down for Vanessas ..nnLack of courtesy , compassion and understanding ..
