Michelle Barrett has always gone out of her way to help with ALL my travel needs. During this covid time she has worked extra hard to get all my refunds back also get airline credits where I shouldn't have received anything. Michelle's personality and dedication to her work and clients is outstanding. I will always use Michelle even though she has moved away from my area in Tweed Heads to Burleigh Heads. Michelle Barrett has been my travel agent, for more than 10 years, and I find her very friendly, Professional, efficient and gives excellent service, I travel several times a year, sometimes to remote areas, and off the beaten track, Michelle always finds a way to get me there.

Michelle has been a Godsend during this horror year of 2020 !nAlways a great travel agent she is also a responsive help in all the problems associated with the pandemic travel disasters , cancelled flights , quarantine fees and alternative return travel.nWith her help and efficiency 2020 was much less a horror for us than it might have been and we will always be grateful .
