We do not recommend Cruise Away we have been waiting for a large refund from a cancelled cruise back last year, we know that our money has been refunded back to them from Princess,every time i make contact with them every fortnight i get the same old story that we have over 2,000 refunds and our money is in a que and they are short staffed and they do not have access to the account deparment and it is because of Covid,i guess the longer they hang on to all the refunds the more interest they will get. There is know way we will book with a TA again we will book through the cruise company direct.

Our booking was canceled by the company just a day after we paid for a tour and they were supposed to refund the money back within the 90 days while It is not being processed after almost 6 months without any convincing responses.
