Was happy to start, and we were advised to look at changing whom we have our mortgage with, which we did. However we didnt expect that they would get upset when we initiated it our selves through our own bank who came to the party. We also didnt expect that from that day on, every time we saw Jace, he would be pushing for us to purchase another new thing. They are supposed to assist with us saving our Super and working towards retirement, not keep on enrolling us in new stuff all the time that takes chunks of money. Unfortunately Jace does not even answer our emails or visit anymore due to this, and our last discussion was on good terms.
