Ashley and Tahlia made us feel very welcome and supported from our first step through the door. They continued with excellent service and advice. Even last minute changes were not a problem. And the ability to view the service recording really helped with friends and family that couldn't travel. Thankyou.

I had a very pleasant experience with Heritage Brothers. Craig went out of his way to assist myself, my family and friends, leading up to and including the day of my husband’s funeral. I can’t thank Heritage Funerals enough for making a difficult time as easy as possible in the final aspects of our Mum’s arrangements.nRight from contact by phone, our first meeting through to the Service and beyond, Heritage where excellent. Probably the best aspect was the superb advice and ability to support our Mum’s wishes, that Heritage was able to provide the complete Service and package at their location, and their support throughout the process. Essentially they led us through the complete period at a difficult time, and took care of a lot of items and arrangements that we did not think of (eg: video on a USB of the Service).nI would particularly like to mention Wes the principal, and Thalia who was often our point of contact.
