We recently had a funeral for our mother at Newhaven Funerals. We were very pleased with the service they provided. Jason and Tracey were very helpful, understanding and flexible. The celebrants Craig and Kate were also very helpful and were able to tailor the service so that it became very appropriate and a fitting memory of Mum's life. The whole process was respectfully and professionally done and relieved us of some of the stress allowing us to celebrate Mum's life. Many thanks to all involved.

My siblings and I were extremely impressed with Stephen and his team at Newhaven Funerals Gold Coast. Our Mum was quite specific in how she envisaged her funeral, and Stephen had no issues with honouring her wishes. Stephen was kind and compassionate in his dealings with us, during the worst week of our lives. We especially appreciated the little extras that we didn’t ask for, or expect. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making such a difficult occasion quite beautiful.

From our first meeting with Stephen, he gently guided with us as we made decisions to best celebrate our mother’s life.nStephen helped us organise all elements of mum’s funeral and even wore a purple tie as a tribute to mum’s favourite colour. The compassion he showed when dealing with our family in difficult circumstances was such a comfort and his attendance at the memorial mass helped make our grieving process easier.nStephen’s and Newhaven’s services will always be remembered and appreciated.

This is the 5th time we have used NewHaven funerals and can’t thank Frank and Rod enough for the beautiful service held for mum (Jessie Wallace) yesterday. Their professionalism and caring was greatly appreciated by all her family.nWe were disappointed that the hydrolics on the lowering mechanism were faulty and the outdoor sling mechanism had slipped causing the coffin to be on a lean and it was jolting as the casket was lowered. This is in no way directed to Frank or Rod as we understand it was a mechanical issue not their fault.

Newhaven Funerals are the very best. I shopped around and decided they were giving the Best Service and Value for money and I got so much much more.I first delt with Tracy she was so very helpful and caring,gave me lots of ideas I would not even thought of nothing was to much trouble, Then I met Steven he too was a big help all done in a very caring and professional way.Now I must say that the funeral is for myself as I did not want my Son to have the stress of trying to think what would Mum want.I this is the last good thing you can do for your family
