Tondoon Botanic Gardens

So much wildlife, turtles, ducks, birds, we even saw a carpet snake and a water eel. Very nice atmosphere and great place to visit, family and child friendly. Have play equipment and bike tracks. The kiosk was getting upgrades so was closed but have been told they are good when they're open.

Lovely park, great to feed the resident turtles, but the eel was a bit scary. Lots of work going on atm, so should be nice when it's all finished.

Very impressive gardens. Not overly large which makes it easy to wander around and see everything. The walks through the different rainforests along the mossy walkways are amazing. Thousands of butterflies also to add to the experience.

Hi absolute waste of time. Run down all closed off no access to anything of value. Plants dead or dying and no notices/signs that all construction going on with machinery noise etc and walkways closed. No one in hotels etc told us if this situation - absolutely appalling.

My wife and I planned a visit but as we drove in saw the sign no dogs allowed, absolutely rediculous. I can understand dogs running loose but what about on leash? Turned straught around and left.
