Just booked a flight through Jess Spain. She couldn't have been more helpful as I have difficulties using computers therefore booking flights etc. She led me through the process and I'm off to Melbourne for an overdue family reunion. She is definitely a valued employee, and I'm sure she gets much more praise than I've given her.
