This travel team( AusIndia travel) was excellent in every way.nOur travel designer and the whole travel team were so great to work with.nThey helped organize an individualized trip, within our budget, that met our interests.nThey developed an excellent itinerary for our group and checked in throughout our vacation to see how we were doing.nFrom the outset, we were well taken care of.  We were met at the airport by our driver, who was very friendly and welcoming. She was very helpful in orienting us to and getting us settled in our hotel.nWe were consistently met and transferred easily and happily from spot to spotnThe hotels were great and and the activities and guides were wonderful.nI would recommend Ausindia team to everyone, you must try their services!!nI am fully satisfied with the servicesnThank-you to the whole Travel Team!nnThanks to the travel planner(Tanvi goel) for all there hard work, knowledge, and dedication to their customers, or friends by the end of the Holiday.

BEWARE !!nIf your booked flight gets cancelled for any reason, your money can get stuck with agent for a long time. My in-laws flight got cancelled on 11/Sep/2020 and we are still waiting on the refund. We were told on 11/Sep/2020 that refund will take 7-21 business days. It has been 1 month 5 days already and still we haven't received the refund. We chased agent many times but every time we are getting an excuse. Doesn't even deserve 1 star. I'll share this review on other social media platform for the benefit of other people.
