Harcourts Hervey Bay

Beware of false advertising from Harcourts. Immediately lockdown ended, my partner and I drove the 1,300km from Sydney to view 293 Yachtmans Drive Burrum River only to find major erosion issues at the water .... almost a kilometer of upto 10ft high dangerous collapsing banks. Michael who seemed like a nice guy, advised that he'd never walked the waterfront of the property and was totally unaware of this major issue. That was November 2020. At the time of writing this, the advert on Domain remains unchanged! It is now 4th June 2021!nTo think that at one stage in October 2020, we contemplated buying the property sight unseen
