My girlfriend and I used their job placement service in mid 2019. We paid a total of around 80 AUD, and were initially told we would be placed in jobs quickly. After we had paid we found it difficult to get people's attention when we went in to check on our status. The staff discussed potential opportunities with us, but nothing worked out, despite the fact that I had experience in tourism and agriculture, and we were both multilingual. We were told it was an especially difficult season, however we would have appreciated that information before we handed over the money.

We were so glad we found Ezzy to give us recommendations on what to do in Cairns and which reef tour to go on. She was really informative and gave us honest comparisons of the tours so we could choose the best value. We had a spectacular time on our reef tour, thank you so much Ezzy!!

Ezzy is amazing! I can truly say she save my life! I get a job as a backpacker in one day! She know everything and everyone! And she will look after you! Well she did look after me. Any trip I had booked with her was professional and top quality! Highly recommended!

Saw the manager, maybe owner, smoking a cigarette out the front, she finished and just threw the lit cigarette out on to the walkway. Shameful.
