Great place to have a bbq with friends
This time of the year a lot of mosquitoes. However if you need a quick refreshing dip and don't want to leave the Cairns area, does the job.
So many treasured memories from this swimming hole. Make sure the water is running nicely here before getting in. Lovely local hideout.
Whilst its a beautiful natural water spot, i found broken glass obviously from my fellow humans on the walk ways and kids found a beer bottle in the water ud83dude12. Great for photoshoots thoughud83dude42...amazing pics.
Small but peaceful park, by a beautiful stream with a lovely clump of trees in the middle. Catch it at the right time and you can watch the tourist train roll by.
