Kamerunga Regional Park

A place worth visiting where you can enjoy a walk along the river, recreational facilities, have a picnic, have a meal at Allexandro's restaurant and stay at Lake Placid Holiday Park. There is a general store just down the road. This is one of the best.best environmental attractions in the north.

Kamerunga and Crystal Cascades nice swimming holes also if you turn off at the Barron bridge at red Lynch there is a waterfall at the top of the side Road there beautiful mountain water from Kuranda also the recycle yard is good for building and construction items to for repairing houses and collectibles and things at the dump store there behind the school on the other side of the road

Beautiful and only about 20 minutes from cairns CBD.

So beautiful! Rafted down the river with Raging Thunder, and would love to do it again! The view was incredible!
