My mate and I were impressed by the service that Nigel provided. His customer-centred mindset along insightful and thorough explanation were just incomparable! We got to know that he didn't get paid or get any gov subsidy by helping tourists or giving out the best piece of information like what we got, so we went back to see Nigel who booked one of the best tours in Whitsundays for us. He was spot on! We had an incredibly fantastic time!n(Nigel, we felt your genuine heart in what you do. So inspiring! We know it's not always easy but keep up the great work you do! )

*Spot on advicen*professional knowledgen*passion to help out peoplenIf you want to have happy travel, even when weather ruins your plan, Nigel is the person to see. ud83dude09nnWe had a problem with weather by a cyclone. Nigel suggested to change the travel course towards north in the area of Daintree forest while Whitsunday area is still in heavy rain. After a couple of days, as he predicted, weather was recovered so we enjoyed the ocean rafting in Whitsunday so much which Nigel suggested. Good to know who we can rely on when the things not working as expected.nMe and partner were impressed with his passion and knowledge for his job. It’s good to see someone does business with their heart.nWe will be back.

Nigel was super helpful and spent so much of his time giving us information on everything in the areas! No hard sell and absolutely lovely. The tours we booked were also awesome and he made sure they were suited to our needs!
