Kuranda Scenic Railway

I upgraded to GOLD class, lots of space with comfy seats, the complimentary bites and drinks were great on the way up. Our host pointed out all the important and exciting parts. Smooth and enjoyable train ride

The railway is beautiful, the staff are lovely and the information provided is well thought out. And of course the sights are amazing! With kids the trip can take a little too long after after big day.

In 2007 we took the Kuranda Scenic Railway. It was well worth the experience. A wonderful train ride in the tropical rain forest North Queensland. We saw an amazing waterfall and the curve bridge carved in the side of a mountain.

Awesome experience to get on the scenic rail from Cairns or FreshWater station to Kuranda. Then Sky Cable way back or head back in the train. Vintage experience, great tourist and local activity specially for kids going through tunnels.

Fantastic service, very worth it to go on Gold Class! Highly recommend if you plan to go to Kuranda, well worth the money. Thank you Maria for the exceptional service
