Reef Experience

A group of 6 of us went & we had a brilliant day. The day was pretty windy but that is the risk & it didn't change how we felt about the trip. The value of money was amazing as the food was fresh & tasty. The staff were friendly & nothing was a problem.nThe Reef itself was mind blowing & we can't fault our experience.nAlso it's a family owned business so we are pleased to support them & we would do it again ud83dude0dud83dude0dud83dude0d

We were crazy exited for this tour as it was mainly sold to us for the free introductory dive (“ no other tour offers this” we were told) This was definitely the only reason we booked this trip and paid a lot more than we had budgeted for. When we were on the boat ( nothing was explained to us when we booked about reasons for not being able to scuba dive) we filled out a form, I stated that I had very mild asthma, and that was it. No dive allowed... I totally understand the safety issues, but if this was explained to us when booked, then we would have booked another snorkelling experience a little less expensive. The information centre in cairns, the lady that sold us the tour was also a diving instructor on the boat, and was actually the one that told me I could not dive due to having mild asthma, really wish she had of explained this at time of booking and not just a complete let down on the boat on the way out to the reef. When we were so excited to scuba dive for the first time.

Professional and friendly crew. They take the time to make sure you'll be safe and have an enjoyable snorkelling experience. The marine biology presentation is also a nice touch. Food was also pretty decent and they sell motion sickness pills and beverages for a small fee. Water, coffee and tea as well as breakfast and lunch is included. Super cool that they offer a free first time diver experience. Highly recommend this company.

Had the best day out on the reef on Wednesday. Crew were all fabulous especially our top deck attendants Andy & Jade. Andy made my sister and I feel so safe on our intro scuba dives and we saw some amazing sites & lots of wild life. Lunch was great as was the service for drinks over the afternoon. Also loved that there was an underwater photographer on board - priceless!!! Would absolutely book again in a heartbeat

Went out today and had the most fantastic day. Staff were so helpful, food good and the snorkeling and diving were sensational. Can not recommend them high enough
