Our experience with Mark was not the best. He was very welcoming and responsive first up but was hard to approach once we signed on. At first Mark insisted we would have no issues in securing a loan but he recommended a bank that subsequently denied our application. As the professional we would have assumed that Mark did the groundwork prior to submission. In response Mark suggested my partner should change her job (she worked in tourism during COVID) in order to secure the loan.nHe also insisted that we would not be able to secure a loan with one of the major banks but in the end, we moved on from Horizon Financial and were indeed approved by one of the big four national banks (and without my partner changing her job). Just do your research as well.
