I only go here because my health cover is under bupa, but it seems this store has minimal regard to people's requirements and time frames. I went in to ask for an appointment to get contact lenses and the earliest wasn't until 3 weeks away. 3wks later and they just ring up 20mins before the appointment and say they have to cancel because the optometrist is sick. The next available appointment isn't until 2wks away. I took this day off work to be able to get this appointment which they ring up just before and cancel. I do not recommend.

With my upcoming surgery , Fiona was good help in explaining my cover including my estimated out of pocket costs.

they tell you that you can use a medical centre covered by BUPa but it is a lie. no cairns GP is covered by BUPA. the most they do is save you 10dollars. BUPAis a totally fraud
