DO NOT RECOMMENDnOffice staff are lovely to talk to but nothing gets followed up (it shouldn't take 6 phone calls and 3 months to get lights fixed!) want your money but not willing to work for it and will palm it back off to you! Ive had to speak to trades people direct as they tell you the complete wrong information and are uninterested in following things up

A big shout out to Melissa Couch. The most effervescent individual when she answers the phone. The positivity in her voice always brightens my day. An absolute pleasure to deal with, an absolute pleasure to talk to and always happy to assist where she can. A huge asset to BCS!

I have to say that this branch - Cairns one is the most helpful, understanding and caring bunch of people! Would highlight recommend Antje from this office!nThank you for all your work!

They operate illegally. I have been blocked on the internet from viewing their website. They refuse to have the Office Manager contact me. I can not get offuce msnager to call or emsil me. They permit owners to use body corporate funds for tenants damages. I am an owner.
