Throughout 2020 and now 2021 Melanie and the team have been nothing but super helpful and informative with all the ups and downs with my bookings and cancellations. From my cancelled cruise and a handful of domestic flights they have always remained professional and tried their absolute best in getting refunds and rebooking flights. I’m looking forward to be able to go back and book our family international holidays once it’s safe to do so. Keep up the good work ladies, onwards and up from here.

Would highly recommend Sarah to arrange any trip big or small. Sarah put some much time and effort into our Lapland/Europe itinerary, unfortunately the trip didn’t go ahead. Sarah made the insurance claim process a breeze and communicated with me every step of the way. I have full confidence in booking travel with Sarah & the Flight Centre team in Bundaberg and look forward to seeing you again soon!

We had a ball !!! Cairns is a great place to relax and enjoy . No shortage of things to see and do, food and entertainment everywhere. We all return. Jennifer made it all happen in a week, accommodation ,trips and transfers all perfect . Thanks again Jen

Jess and the team at Bundy Flight Centre have always been amazing with booking my holidays (when we could go OS) and they always greet with a smile and happy attitude. Jess helped with getting a few refunds and just like everyone else was, it took a bit of time but eventually it came through and Jess kept me updated the whole time. Thank you Jess for all you hard work and for getting me safely to Wondonga.

Fantastic customer service. Sarah went above and beyond for me when my daughter returned from her youth exchange year in Finland. We had to change flight dates and accommodation a couple of times due to covid19 and Sarah made the whole process very easy.nThanks Sarah
