Do not trust these people with your loved ones,l had an experience with these people that was a life long sentence.the held my son and l after their son held my 2 year olds son foot down and burn't it with a cigarette lighter ,bashed me beyond recog nision.very bad people.20 yrs on they are still torchering children please do not trust these people with your loved ones,they have no conscience .

Des Allen was bad mannered and impatient - was not interested in providing a tailored or informed service and bullied the family. Only use him if you are happy to have an impersonal service.
