Leanne helped me book a great last minute trip. Travelled with Contiki and had an awesome adventure. Backtrack is comfy and welcoming. I would definitely recommend !

Back Track Adventures is a fabulous travel company. I have used this company on a couple of occasions and each time I find the staff to be incredibly helpful, quick and efficient, offer the best deal that they can and assist with valuable information regarding your trip. On this occasion I would like to thank Leon for all of his help including his assistance and investigations in selecting the most suitable travel insurance for me and his excellent customer service.

Planes (4 different airlines), trains, and automobiles were all involved in my trip involving connecting 4 separate package tours from three separate vendors and including a handful of pre-booked day tours as well. All this took place in 5 separate countries in Eastern Europe and involving less well travelled activities such as walking in Poland’s Pieniny region and Russia’s White Sea Solovetsky Islands. I was expecting the inevitable hiccups that occur with such a complex itinerary. But there were none. (Apart from a group of Swedes visiting the Solovetsky Islands a few days before us and drinking every bottle of beer in the place!) The whole trip went like clockwork. I cannot thank Matt enough for the thought and care he put into the trip. When one supplier cancelled a segment of the trip, he quickly found a range of alternatives for me to choose from. The whole trip was a wonderful experience. I visited beautiful parts of the world not many Australians get to see.

Leanne at backtrack travel recently helped us with our trip to Iceland, Russia and Berlin. Leanne was helpful and knowledgeable and such a pleasure to come and see about our trip. We highly recommend Backtrack travel and had a wonderful trip. Thanks Leanne from Peter and Christine
