During covid, which is not their fault, I expected better from basically every company. But omniche, thats the business name their going by at the moment, have decided that instead of part waiving cancellation fees or even trying to get us to rebook the first response was $600 in cancellation charges...no documents have been supplied for a trip that cost thousands that was booked almost 10 months ago through flight centre but ultimately through omniche.nnNo flight itinerary, no hotel bookings, no airport transfer booking nothing. I know this because I've called every part of the apparently booked trip and nobody has any records.nnIts good to see the true colours of people and companies come out during the hard times. Save yourself a headache and book elsewhere.

Great value holiday with lots of inclusions at a good price. 10/10 would book again.
