Thank you for doing your best to sort out the cancelled trips to Moorea, Tahiti (due to Covid). You’ve managed this very professionally and we look forward to re-booking and traveling with you when flights opens again. Great service goes a long way... beyond current hard time :)

May flight was cancelled last minute by AIR NZ. Went to the Airport left stranded. No one informed us. Still waiting to rebook. Basically still waiting to go....

My elderly parents had booked a holiday through Alyssa Miller at Spacifica Travel last year and due to the current global pandemic, have obviously not been able to travel. Not only was this probably my fathers last trip!! But it took WEEKS for them to be told what their options were in regards to rebooking!!! VERY poor communication, slow replies (if any) and an uninterested agent. Buyer beware!

I have used Spacifica 4 times and not had a problem. Cook Islands twice, Norfolk Island and Samoa recently.nAmy is wonderful and nothing is a problem when it comes to organising everthing you need from flights, accommodation, hire cars and tours. It can all be arranged!nHighly recommended.
