Terrible customer service! After returning the car you will hear nothing from them at all, you will have to contact them to chase up your bond/deposit. You will not be able to speak to anyone that can process this, you will only be able to communicate via email. When calling the general number the woman on the phone was very rude and acted like she had no time for me. I recommend going anywhere else!

Just did a family roadtrip to Cairns, absolutely loved it. Was so easy to organise will definitely be using Imoova again!!

Want to be transported to Japan with out travelling overseas well this is the place to come to. Small and intimate with food that is just so tasty and was well worth the visit today in the wet. There are tables inside and out or sit up at the bar and watch the master at work. Available is a full page lunch menu and another all day menu for the current month of February with plenty of variation for the discerning patron to choose from.... if you can!. All I can suggest you visit soon and enjoy.(no photos as I was enjoying spectular food and it's presentation)

Do not use this company in Australia! If you are looking to be charged without explanation and abused over the phone tho then this is the relocation company for you. I completed a relocation from Brisbane to Melbourne. I was told it would be $5/day but they do not tell you about the extras until you've already given them your credit card details. Anyway, what was supposed to be 2 days ended up costing $140, the representative mixed up the dates and then charged me to change them and was so aggressive over the phone. The customer service team finally explained why money was disappearing out of my account but refuse to refund anything. Do yourself a favour and cut out the middleman, go straight to the rental companies for your relocations!
