Bhavna is always a pleasure to deal with at Premier. One male agent at Premier seems to be the owner is a big Rudo. Extremely unprofessional and rude with a great attitude. No Hi or Hello or even Bye. Does not care to understand your needs or listen carefully. Have dealt with him twice was quoted extremely high figures. Recently had called Bhavna but he mentioned is overseas hence I asked for a ticket to India. Was quoted $2700. He hung up. I purchased the same ticket with the same flight numbers and dates for $1162 from Skyscanner 30 minutes after I hung up. I felt I was bullied over the phone and had listened to an unprofessional travel agent. If you are booking with Premier ask for Bhavna. She is nice, soft spoken and professional. Otherwise you will spoil your day that is a guarantee.
