It has been a long but wonderful journey working with Marcus to obtain a permanent partner VISA.nnWe first went to a different immigration agent in our state but it didn’t work out in the end as they took a lot of time to response to our emails when we already paid half of the service fee. We didn’t feel valued. We went to Fair Go VISA hoping for some assistance and we got in contact with Marcus. He understood our situation and gladly took us in as his clients.nnMarcus has been nothing short of genuine, polite, friendly, and extremely helpful. Marcus is helping my partner and me with an inbound travel exemption application and onshore partner visa. We have worked with other migration agents before and Marcus’s professionalism, knowledge and confidence really made him stand out from the others.nnHe reviewed our documents prior to the meeting so he came armed with the knowledge that he would be able to help us, which really made us feel like we were receiving a great quality service and he was invested in our application.nnHe was able to very clearly explain the possible routes we could take and make a recommendation for the easiest route for us to achieve our primary aim, which is moving to Australia as soon as we can.nnHe was confident of our success and we left the meeting feeling very positive and assured of our choice of migration agent. Would recommend Fair Go Visa Consultants to anybody looking for honest, professional, friendly agents who simply get the job done!nWhen me and my partner were starting the process of lodging my onshore partner visa we spoke to various different agents which were recommended on Facebook. When we spoke to Josh we just knew he was the person we wanted. He is also a lawyer and knows the partner visa process extremely well and his confidence sold it for us ! He was interested, genuine, realistic, extremely knowledgeable, reassuring and gave us hope that he could get us over the line so to speak.
