Having travelled many miles to a funeral I was very upset that the floral wreath that had been delivered to the funeral home was not at the Chapel.nnThe value of the wreath was quite a substantial amount with other family members contributing.nnOn tracing the movements of the wreath it appears that it didn't leave the funeral home, although I received an apology I felt that they had made no effort to deliver the wreath to any family member.nnIt's not how I like to remember my sisters death & funeral.

Charlene could not have been more helpful. I would recommend White Lady Funerals to anyone who is unfortunate enough to need them. Their advice & genuine compassion In a stressful time was second to none. They made it relatively easy for everyone involved.
