Located right inside the shopping centre. Services are offered promptly with a great genuine smile. There is a currency exchange with good rates. The staff have a great understanding of Brisbane and will answer any questions you have very graciously

The guy who helped us was amazing. The first time we went in, he didn't pressure us at all to purchase anything, just helped us find information and price our flights. When we went back to buy tickets, he spent nearly an hour hunting around and playing with dates to get us the best possible price. We will go back.

Don’t waste your time. Staff are rude if you give them too much of an itinerary. They company only beats prices by a dollar which you’ll spend more in time or a phone call.
