Jetta express was lovely. The attendant was updating me with informations and my parcel got to my home country Nigeria from Australia with 4days.

Ok. Firstly Jetta does not tell you the fees you will pay at the other end. I sent 2 suitcases to Thailand. I was told no tax on second hand goods and probably would have to pay $25 TO $50 AT the other end to claim your luggage.. ..WRONG...30% TAX on second hand goods 100% TAX on new items. If you walk through customs wearing a new watch they will tax you. That goes for all jewelry boys and girls.nNow I paid $358 to send my 2 suitcases to Bangkok. The first attempt to pick them up was going to cost me 19,600 baht that's nearly $1000 AUD. We refused to pay so customs told us our belongings would be destroyed. After a week we were advised by Jetta to use a customs broker after 6 days we got our bags cost was 16,202 baht. So in the end over a $1000..Not worth it

Excellent price to send luggage. Be aware to UK you'll need a clearing agent as you cannot do it yourself..

I wished this company was not endorsed by Singapore Airline. Sent a package to Germany for my display in expo and package did not arrive on time and i exhibited without product. .

Terrible service, lied to about rates and customs situation at the other end. Extremely disappointing!
