Took Bus Qld from Brisbane to Mt Isa and back, and it was a great experience. The only downside was the phone charger ports, most of them didnt work, so take a power bank to keep your phone charged. Few spots with zero service, so download some movies off Netflix or music off spotify (use your home wifi so you dont use all your phone data).nEven in the middle of Summer, the aircon gets chilly. For long trips, take a neck pillow and a blanket. Plenty of stops to stretch your legs and get food, and proper meal stops where you have enough time to go get a souvenir, a meal and go to the toilet. Toilet on the bus if you cant wait for the next stop, and a small fridge up the front of the bus to keep a drink cold. Seat belts arent too much in the way, and seats slightly recline. Friendly drivers that keep you up to date and makes sure you're back on the bus before departure, and keeps to the schedule amazingly, never late to a stop. Would 100% make the trip again.
