We had such a good time on our 3 day 2 night trip to Fraser Island thanks Wayne. He is such a profesional tour guide who was looking after us in every moment. The food was better than we specked and he was trying to make us comfortable in every moment. Thanks Wayne for paying attention to every detail, our trip wouldn’t be the same without you!

One of my friend tried to join their preplanned tour scheduled the next day morning, around 8 pm the night before. Even if she wasnt booking the trip was going ahead with enough tourists.nnDue to genuine medical reason she couldn't join in the morning at 6.30 AM. She was hoping to get a refund or rescheduling her trip for another day.nnThe tour operators didn't show any mercy and said the best they can do is to provide a very small discount if she book again.nnNo humanitarian feeling from these guys and its only a business for them.

So happy with my experience with Sunrover, we've started concidering our next trip!nnWe spent two nights on Morton, the lads were super friendly and helpful! the food was delicious and there was plenty of it! was great to not have to worry about anything, they had it all covered!

We loved the 2 day tour of Morton. Our guide, Wayne, good fun, personable, knowledgeable with loads of stories and opinions.nThe Snorkeling on the wreck was amazing, the sand tobogganing was really cool, camping meant we could spend the evening in the sea and as a result we had a close encounter with two dolphins.nThe second day sightseeing was hampered by a big storm, but it was still interesting.nThe only negatives were:n1) the admin seemed a bit of a nightmare, with confusion over were people are being picked up from and what needs to be paid. I'd recommend double checking on pick up location the night before.n2)Our tour was rearranged as we were going to be the only people on it. Which was a bit of a pain.n3) Our tent was occupied by a big spider. (Although now it's a funny story!)nDespite these,I still say 5 stars

We booked a tour to Moreton Island with Sunrover, received confirmation of the booking and then on the day of the tour no one showed up to pick us up at the pick up location. I called them to find out where they were and was told that they do not do the tour on Wednesdays. They then said that they were waiting for confirmation from me, however, no where in their confirmation email did they say that they were awaiting anything. Although the man I spoke with on the phone was incredibly apologetic, the management of this company is disorganized to say the least.
